Access a Shared Mailbox from OWA (Outlook Web)


  1. Go to https://outlook.office.com and sign in with your personal company email address
  2. Select your profile image on the top-right
  3. Select Open another mailbox
  4. Enter the mailbox you'd like to access and select Open. If prompted to click an autocomplete box, you can do that.

  5. The shared mailbox will open in another tab
